Founder + CEO, Holisticism
Michelle Pellizzon is the founder and CEO of Holisticism.
After an epilepsy diagnosis at 17 sidelined her career as a professional modern dancer, Michelle dove deep into the weird world of wellness and eventually found a non-pharmaceutical cure to her seizure disorder. After working in wellness and tech for 5 years, she founded Holisticism in 2017 to help make well-being resources more accessible and inclusive to all people. By using the tools she picked up in the tech startup world, Michelle's committed to truly democratizing wellness in the digital age. In addition to be an algorithm whiz, she is a certified Akashic Records reader, certified Holistic Nutritionist, and the HWIC at Holisticism.
Michelle is a recent recipient of the Cocokind Impact Foundation Grant and a member of the Diversity in Wellness cohort.
Founder + CEO, Dive in Well + Indagba
Half healer, half business woman, Maryam Ajayi is an energy healer who practices the Akashic Records, Reiki and Breathwork, and entrepreneur with +10 years of experience in business growth strategy across a multitude of industries ranging from politics to tech.
She is the CEO & Founder of both Dive in Well—whose mission is to to cultivate space, community, conversations, and change for a more equitable and accessible wellness industry and Indagba—which helps socially conscious people and companies grow into their full potential through mindful business strategy.
She is passionate about de-stigmatizing the wellness industry, advocating for inclusive spaces for marginalized communities, and using her voice to empower and uplift others around the world. Based in LA, but considering herself “tri-costal” as NYC and London are her other “homes,” her likes include traveling, culture, giggling, and tacos.

Nikki Bostwick is the founder and Editor-in-Chief of wellness and contemporary lifestyle brand, The Fullest.
Nikki’s deep background in wellness and her desire to ultimately question the industry’s influence all together has undoubtedly contributed to the continued success of The Fullest. What started out as strictly a digital platform, publishing new content everyday in the form of articles, videos and podcast episodes, The Fullest has since expanded to include a saffron based product line to complement their view of happiness as the ultimate indicator of wellness.
Nikki hosts the brand’s podcast, Morning Matcha, and she personally formulated the brand’s celeb favorite- the Saffron Latte wellness powder.

Sana Javeri Kadri is the founder of Diaspora Co., a direct trade spice company working towards a more equitable, sustainable, and delicious spice trade. Her work is deeply rooted in decolonization, community, and color. She spends most of her waking hours reimagining global food trade and lives between Mumbai, India and Oakland, CA.

Gloria is the founder of NOTO Botanics, a natural, fluid in gender, multi-use cosmetic line.
Gloria understands the beauty industry very well due to her extensive and intimate experience as a makeup artist + fine artist for over 12 years. Seeing all too clearly how the majority of manufactured products are cocktails of chemicals, pollutants, and fillers, Gloria sought out to create her own solution by developing products that reflected the changes she wanted to see. Change not only in ingredient, but also in the visual identity of what wellness and inclusivity look like. She believes that living well should not be a privilege, but instead - a right - and strives to make the highest quality products that are inclusive - diverse in cost - diverse in identity - with a philanthropic and activist based edge.

Director of Partner Expansion, ClassPass
Shari Castelli has a deep understanding of the fitness market, having spent the past five years supporting boutique studios and gyms as the Director of National Accounts at ClassPass. In this role, Shari consulted with studios of all sizes to implement yield management systems that optimize revenue, and drive more business to each studio.
Due to the massive impact Shari made on studios, she was promoted to Director of Partner Expansion, where she has spearheaded the ClassPass Empowerment Program. This initiative offers in depth regional analysis and expansion plan support for eligible studios. The program has already helped 35 fitness partners to develop launch and expansion plans throughout the US and UK.
Shari also has firsthand studio experience from her time as a boutique fitness instructor, where she taught at As One Fitness in New York City and earned her Precision Nutrition Level 1 Certification. Shari holds a B.A. from New York University and currently resides in Orange County, California.
