QUESTIONS & ANSWERS

your guide to good fest

  • Who is Good Fest for?
Good Fest is for anyone who identifies as female and is looking for meaningful connection and intentional time with a like-minded community.

    Can I come alone?
Absolutely. Many attendees come on their own. Good Fest is designed to feel welcoming whether you arrive solo or with friends.

  • What can I expect from the programming?
Each Good Fest gathering includes a thoughtful mix of conversation, guided movement or breathwork, light bites and sips, shopping, and space to connect. The day is intentionally paced to feel welcoming, grounding, and easy to step into.

Will the full schedule be shared ahead of time?
Yes. Registered attendees will receive schedule details via email closer to the event, and updates will also be shared on the event page.

Who are the speakers or facilitators?
Our speakers vary by gathering and represent a range of thought leadership, from wellness and lifestyle to menopause and aging with ease. We aim to offer something for everyone.

Are there workshops or sessions to choose from?
Yes. Some gatherings include optional workshops or smaller group experiences. Participation is always optional, and you’re encouraged to engage in a way that feels right for you.

We recommend signing up for our newsletter (linked here) to be the first to know about upcoming events. In the meantime, feel free to reach out with any questions at hello@thegoodfest.com.

    Where is the event held?
Each gathering takes place in a thoughtfully selected venue. Location details will be shared on the event page and in attendee emails.

    What should I wear?
Wear whatever feels comfortable and fully expressive of yourself. We recommend layers and shoes you can move in, as gatherings often include light movement and time on your feet.

We do our best to accommodate dietary needs whenever food is included. You’ll have the opportunity to share any requirements during registration.
